In total, our Foundation provided $286,500 in support of our hospitals and community to help provide quality health care close to home.

  • $209,911 in equipment for SSM Health St. Clare Hospital & nearly $6,000 to SSM Health St. Clare Meadows Care Center.
  • $7,500 in hygiene items for food pantries in Baraboo and Wisconsin Dells
  • $21,000 in Healthy Community Partnership Grants to 13 area nonprofits
  • $16,000 gifted to employees as loan forgiveness or tuition reimbursement scholarships
  • 425 3rd graders in 6-week Fun ‘n Fit program to promote health habits in Baraboo and Wisconsin Dells
  • $9,000+ raised by Spirit of Giving Circle members to purchase four department equipment requests
  • $15,600 raised by employees for hospital equipment needs
