Recognize an Exceptional Caregiver as a Guardian Angel
The Guardian Angel program is a way to say thank you to a physician, nurse, housekeeper, volunteer or other caregiver for exceptional service. A donation in their name to the SSM Health St. Anthony Foundation is a thoughtful way to make a lasting expression of gratitude!
Your Guardian Angel will receive a congratulatory letter announcing your special gift and will be presented with a custom-crafted lapel pin to wear proudly.
