Ways to Give to SSM Health Foundations

Many of our Foundations host annual events thanks to partnerships with generous event sponsors and attendees who choose to invest in the health and future of their communities. Support your local SSM Health Foundation by making a donation online. Your compassion is ensuring better health and wellness for our communities – and will have a direct impact on the families, friends, and neighbors we serve.

Employee Giving offers an opportunity for SSM Health team members to give back to their local ministry’s Employee Relief Fund, areas of greatest needs, and other vital programs and services that help provide exceptional care to those we serve. A memorial or tribute gift can be established in the form of a named endowment with a minimum gift amount to fund a specific interest that is consistent with the mission and goals of SSM Health.

With an endowment, the principal is invested to create a source of income. Only the earnings are used to support the purpose for which the endowment was established.

Your tribute gift will provide a lasting memory of the honored person and will benefit your chosen cause in perpetuity. Contact your local Foundation to learn more about Endowments.

If you would like to make a gift by check, please make checks payable to the name of your local SSM Health Foundation below. Please include a note or let us know in the memo line if there is a specific fund in which you would like to direct your gift. Mail your check to your local Foundation address.

Celebrate a milestone, honor someone special, or remember a loved one

All gifts to our SSM Health Foundations can be made ‘In Memory’ or ‘In Honor’ of someone special. Your gift can be designated to the fund of your choice, and you may provide the name and address of a person or family you wish to be informed of your tribute. Gift amounts are never shared.

Funeral Memorials

If you have recently lost a loved one and would like to direct memorials to your local Foundation, it’s important that you include your wishes in the obituary notice. Please contact your local Foundation with questions about wording for the obituary and designating memorial gifts to a specific fund area prior to publication.
