SSM Health St. Anthony Foundation is a nonprofit organization that receives charitable gifts to support patient care at SSM Health’s hospitals, including St. Anthony Hospital – Oklahoma City, Bone & Joint Hospital at St. Anthony, St. Anthony Hospital – Shawnee, St. Anthony Hospital – Midwest and other SSM Health ministries.

SSM Health St. Mary’s Foundation – Madison is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting SSM Health St. Mary’s Hospital – Madison, SSM Health at Home in the Madison Market, and our local health ministries. SSM Health St. Mary’s Foundation – Madison and SSM Health at Home Foundation have merged, and St. Mary’s Foundation will now provide philanthropic support to hospice and home care services, including Meals on Wheels.

Since the opening of their doors, the physicians and caregivers at SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital - Janesville have been dedicated to providing exceptional and compassionate patient care. SSM Health St. Mary's Foundation - Janesville was chartered to act as a community partner for the hospital.

SSM Health St. Clare Foundation serves as a bridge between SSM Health St. Clare Hospital - Baraboo campuses and the communities we serve – in the greater Baraboo, Lake Delton, and Wisconsin Dells areas. The Foundation helps to advance the health and wellness of all who live and visit those communities.

At the Agnesian HealthCare Foundation and the Foundation for Ripon Community Hospital, we foster a giving spirit and continuously seek funding to enhance patient care, improve technologies, aid our healthcare providers with tools to provide exceptional healthcare and assist the most vulnerable in our community.

Established in 2006, Monroe Clinic & Hospital Foundation serves and enhances the healing mission of SSM Health Monroe Hospital by combining the giving spirit of our communities with all who enter through our doors.
